The Thai Classic is now open!

Bringing authentic Thai cuisine to the heart of the district, we’re excited to welcome The Thai Classic to Southside!

Owned by Malaysian Delight’s Zi Wen Boo and Jeremy Mun, the restaurant officially opened its doors this month, offering affordable, authentic Thai including dishes such as Tom Yam Goong soup, Gaeng Massaman Curry, Grilled Crispy Pork Bao Bun, Fisherman Soups with Vermicelli, Pad Kra Pao and more.

The Thai Classic’s Head Chef, Phoomsri Rangsan, brings culinary expertise from Thailand, offering the perfect harmony of sweet, sour, hot and salty flavours that are true to Thai cuisine.

The restaurant also offers a variety of special drinks, including Cha Yen – Thai Milk Tea, Chao Kuay Nom Yen – Thai Iced Pink Milk with Grass Jelly, Cha Manao – Thai Lemon Tea, and Butterfly Pea Lychee soda.

The restaurant’s décor, which includes golden artworks and statues, has been specially imported from Thailand, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere for guests.

Over the coming months, The Thai Classic plans to host a series of tasting events, giving guests the opportunity to try all the authentic flavours of Thailand.

Situated at the back of the Arcadian car park, the intimate setting has 30 covers and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
